How I get my toddlers energy out on a rainy days 🌧️

When you can’t take your toddler outside to get their energy out, it’s real hard (at least in my case) to get my daughter ready calm and ready for bed! 😩 I found this channel a couple months ago and wanted to share! It’s called the kiboomers on YouTube and it has so many fun activity videos for

I haven’t seen the yoga we do Danny go very high energy I tire myself more than she does but I need to burn those calories. If she lets us we glow with Jo or attempt Emi Wong exercises. She’s in the danger zone of weight gain so it’s not even so much to tire her out just to try to balance food to movement.
